Slayers: Light Magic (End), Barajou no Kiss ch. 20

This is how you will always remember Light. Always.

So, last week we had some minor hiccups or some such and never really got around to releasing. Sorry, that was all kind of my fault. BUT. WE HAVE RELEASES TO MAKE UP FOR IT. Gosh-darnit, I’m so happy, I’m skipping around in my skivvies. No one wants that mental image, though, so let’s move on.

First up, we say goodbye to Slayers: Light Magic. It was banal at times, cliche at others, but, hell, I had a ton of fun reading it, and I hope you guys did, too. Now let the speculation on whose alternate form Light was begin! (I’ve got my own thoughts, but let’s take that to the comment section. xP) Edited by the peerless Tom the Mighty, typeset by the fearless Zippy, and QC’d by the hapless Melfra and Clov3r. YOU GUYS RAWK.

And next, Barajou! Good gravy, this one took a while to get out. Sorry ’bout that, folks. Since volume 6 is set to release at the end of November, I think we can crank up the pace on this a little bit. =P For now, enjoy the company of Rhodecia. Good lawdy, I love those bastards to bits and pieces.

See you all next week! And I think I’m liking this Tuesday schedule thing. (We usually released late Monday night anyway, so maybe it’s not that big of a difference, lawl.)

Light Magic ch. 8 & SLH ch. 7

This image reflects my general attitude towards the “May” arc… In general. (Hohoho.)

Riding on the curtails of Tuesday, here’s a release just barely in time for Monday! And don’t ask why it’s so late, you’ll laugh at me. Srsly. (Hey, can I help it that I got derailed reading Mebius all day? I’m a glutton for punishment, so sue me.)

FIRST UP! Slayers: Light Magic reaches its penultimate chapter, and you won’t believe what you’re about to see this time around. >=3 Kudos to Tom the Mighty for using his brawn at the editing helm, Magmastorm for her typesetting prowess, and Melfra and Clover, as always, for making sure you readers get quality releases. Only one chapter left!

And then we have the continuation of a title long in the making (OTL), SLH ch. 7. We had a couple of delays, but no worries, folks! Everything’s taken care of, and I have a feeling you’ll be able to expect chapter 8 a lot sooner than you think. >=3 Thanks to Zippy for typesetting (with special thanks to Ellzee!), Shinigami for editing, and as always, Clov3r and Melfra for… for… FOR THE MAGIC THEY WORK.

See you next week! (This time, for sure!)

Omamori no Kamisama ch. 6 + Light Magic ch. 7

Where’s a cleric when you need one? Oh, wait…

So how ’bout them Mondays? No, no, it’s okay. I already know what you’re thinking: “MONDAYS? MONDAYS ARE AWFUL, THANKS FOR REMINDING ME HOW TERRIBLE MY LIFE IS. Wait, doesn’t Turtle Paradise post their new releases on Monday now? BY JOVE, MONDAYS ARE SPLENDID!” Don’t worry. We know.

First up is chapter 7 of Slayers: Light Magic! Sure, we already released one chapter last week, but you guys deserve more than that. And we at TP LOVE Slayers fans with a burning passion, so hey? Why not pay ’em back! THIS IS FOR YOU, GUYS. Typeset by the ambidextrous (but only on Tuesdays) ZippyZippy, Edited by the man who gives birth to entire civilizations with his sphincter Tom the Mighty (MIGHTY IS RIGHT), and QC’d by Mel~fraaaa~ (Lu~piiin~) WHO OBVIOUSLY NEEDS NO INTRODUCTION.

And now a new chapter of Omamori no Kamisama! NO WE DIDN’T FORGET. This series is full of delicious shota-bait (YOU KNOW IT TO BE TRUE), and this chapter, Mimori… Oh god, Mimori. OTL SCUSE ME I NEED A MOMENT. Edited by Shinigami, typeset by Ellzee, and Qc’d by… OH, I THINK YOU CAN GUESS.

Next week is going to be CRAZY release-wise and I’m OTL’ing all over the place about it, but I’m sure you guys’ll enjoy it, lawl. In the meantime, if you enjoyed out releases and would like to show your appreciation but don’t quite think a comment would cut it, hey, there’s always our donation box you could add to? =P /SHAMELESS BEGGING, GO GO!

Evangelion Gakuen Datenroku ch. 22 (END), Wild Arms~Flower Thieves~ ch. 2, and Slayers Light Magic ch. 6!

And this is where we all shit bricks, because apparently Datenroku was just the winter semester of Eva-verse. OH. SNAP.

I’d like to dedicate this post to all those lonely chapters of mango we kicked under the rug to fester with the cat vomit because we were just too damn lazy to work on them. That’s right, Slayers, I’m looking at you. Gawrsh, do we love ya, but you bring out the sloth in the best of us. Oh, well, Larry… Uh, sorry, LIGHT makes it all better, doesn’t he? YES HE DOES.

And speaking of making things all better, in this chapter of Flower Thieves (which made Melly positively GIDDY while QCing, NGL.), Guy the florist reveals his hidden aspirations to become the next Johnny Appleseed! Actually, I shouldn’t joke about that when it comes to Wild Arms-verse. Those of you who’ve played 5 will know why. And by the way, for you folks interested but not quite ready to take the plunge into a seven game deep franchise, this title requires absolutely no prior knowledge of the Wild Arms series. It’s completely standalone and thoroughly awesome.

AND WHILE WE’RE ON THE TOPIC OF THOROUGHLY AWESOME (Am I abusing the segues here? I feel like I’m abusing segues.) last but certainly not least (unless you ask Melly, lolz), we have the conclusion of the Evangelion: Gakuen Datenroku manga. This is just something you’ll have to read for yourselves, folks. Thanks for sticking with us the whole way through. (And I swear to god, if one person says “FINALLY” I WILL CHOKE A GODDAMN BITCH.)

That’s it for this week! Tune in next time for more EXCELLENT GOODS. My lips are sealed on the matter, of course. (What matter? There is no matter. I only want to string people on, hohohoho.) Credits for this release! Thanks to Epikwonder and Tom the Mighty for typesetting and editing chapter six of Light Magic (respectively), Shinigami and Melfra for editing Wild Arms with typesetting wonders wrought by the hands of ZippyZippy, and thanks again to RainStride for all of his help wrapping up Datenroku. AND OF COURSE MELLY AT QC. YOU GUYS ARE ACES.

To close us out (lawl, WHY IS THIS SO LONG) if you guys enjoy our releases and would like to help out at all, we have a donation button in the upper left corner of the menu. Anything you can offer is greatly appreciated! All donations go to server funds and manga volumes. SPANKS, GUYS.

Oh god, Luke, you make the wait SOOOO WORTH IT.

Hello, my name is Reb, and I’m a raving, drooling Luke fangirl. PLEASED TO MEET YOU, AND PLEASE HELP ME.

So after another million billion years (to which I’d like to say wtf is our problem), we finally, FINALLY have finished Falces, and homg is it ever amazing. If you haven’t read it yet, well, the reader gives you one hell of a fabulous opportunity. DO IT NOW. OR ELSE. And speaking of readers, you can now navigate from page to page using the left and right arrow keys! HURRAY FOR PROGRESS! Melly’s been doing a lot of backend work too, so… Yeah. It’s pretty much awesome.

Baseless and (nonthreatening) threats aside, we also have a new chapter of Larry Trigger Light Magic for you. HOLY CRAP, you say, YOU’VE ONLY KEPT US WAITING SINCE NOVEMBER. And, uh, I didn’t even know about that until I cracked open the old credits page to change it for this chapter. Boy, do I feel like an asshole. I’M SORRY GUYS, WE’LL DO BETTER NEXT TIME… Hopefully.
