Evangelion Gakuen Datenroku ch. 22 (END), Wild Arms~Flower Thieves~ ch. 2, and Slayers Light Magic ch. 6!

And this is where we all shit bricks, because apparently Datenroku was just the winter semester of Eva-verse. OH. SNAP.

I’d like to dedicate this post to all those lonely chapters of mango we kicked under the rug to fester with the cat vomit because we were just too damn lazy to work on them. That’s right, Slayers, I’m looking at you. Gawrsh, do we love ya, but you bring out the sloth in the best of us. Oh, well, Larry… Uh, sorry, LIGHT makes it all better, doesn’t he? YES HE DOES.

And speaking of making things all better, in this chapter of Flower Thieves (which made Melly positively GIDDY while QCing, NGL.), Guy the florist reveals his hidden aspirations to become the next Johnny Appleseed! Actually, I shouldn’t joke about that when it comes to Wild Arms-verse. Those of you who’ve played 5 will know why. And by the way, for you folks interested but not quite ready to take the plunge into a seven game deep franchise, this title requires absolutely no prior knowledge of the Wild Arms series. It’s completely standalone and thoroughly awesome.

AND WHILE WE’RE ON THE TOPIC OF THOROUGHLY AWESOME (Am I abusing the segues here? I feel like I’m abusing segues.) last but certainly not least (unless you ask Melly, lolz), we have the conclusion of the Evangelion: Gakuen Datenroku manga. This is just something you’ll have to read for yourselves, folks. Thanks for sticking with us the whole way through. (And I swear to god, if one person says “FINALLY” I WILL CHOKE A GODDAMN BITCH.)

Credits for this release! Thanks to Epikwonder and Tom the Mighty for typesetting and editing chapter six of Light Magic (respectively), Shinigami and Melfra for editing Wild Arms with typesetting wonders wrought by the hands of ZippyZippy, and thanks again to RainStride for all of his help wrapping up Datenroku. AND OF COURSE MELLY AT QC. YOU GUYS ARE ACES.

To close us out (lawl, WHY IS THIS SO LONG) if you guys enjoy our releases and would like to help out at all, we have a donation button in the upper left corner of the menu. Anything you can offer is greatly appreciated! All donations go to server funds and manga volumes. SPANKS, GUYS.

  1. Melfra says:

Am I the only one who thought Evangelion got a bit rushed near the end?

This fact sums up the general staff dislike of Datenroku. I think we can all agree that it started off awesome, then Min Min went DURRRRR on it. As soon as the first chapter of vol 2, even!

I mean, really, that’s way too early to dissolve into filler Christmas plays! Yikes!

  2. B1 says:

Thanks for completing Datenroku. Like others here, I was a bit surprised at how short it was, almost as though it was planned as something epic, then around half-way the guys with the loose change said ‘start wrapping it up’. Shame because I liked the characters and thought it could have been something much bigger.

    THIS!!

  4. Tsubame-go says:

yeah, I guess I’m a little dissapointed with how it ended, But thanks so much for sticking with it till the end!!

  5. Gerardo Tejada says:

Really, all went down when the multiple “Gendos” apearead and all that multiverse shit.

But the neverending virtual battle is when the staff of this manga got called to quit, then rushing the ending
